Our UK based client is part of the world's leading supplier of specialised liquid dispensing and cooling equipment. Following the appointment of a new CEO, Socius was appointed to undertake a comprehensive 'Understanding, Developing and Living the Brand' programme. The company wished to clarify and strengthen the messages portrayed by its corporate branding. It also wanted to establish the value of its brands and to identify the opportunities they provide for commercial gain, before undertaking work to clarify and strengthen the brand positioning of each of these brands.
The project included employee and key stakeholder surveys, brand audits, communications strategies with action plans, brand mapping and strategies for brand optimisation, and will lead to a full 'Living the Brand' programme. It also involved the identification and communication to all stakeholders of a set of brand values and messages that accurately reflect the identity the organisation would like to portray now and beyond, and which link directly to the business objectives.
